We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager who is passionate about creating a nourishing workplace, to facilitate all facets of daily HR functions.

Job Description

  • Support the full spectrum of human resources operations duties such as recruitment, staff engagement, grievance handling and key policies implementations.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Timely administration of salaries, incentive & other employee payouts
  • Statutory compliance and management.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support.
  • Responsible for handling any escalations in employee issues or concerns in an efficient and ethical manner.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Key Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in IT Industry is mandatory.
  • Required Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, Multi-tasking, analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Self initiator and creative thinking.
  • Should be able to manage employee queries and address it with best solution.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is required.
